Andrew Lamb, CEO, DigitalWorks Europe/Pacific

Andrew is a formidable evanglist for the end-user who specialises in helping businesses understand what their end-users expect, what they actually experience and how to bridge the gap profitably.

Drawing on people / process / systems thinking from an end-user perspective Andrew explains the relationship between brand and user experience, why site users give up and the value / viability of fixing the experience so more people successfully complete their interactions online.

Andrew will be presenting at GOVIS 2014.  He will be talking about how to build user friendly digital services that people use, in his words, how to avoid launching a dud!  Andrew's teams have achieved double-digit increases in visitors and revenue in financial services, automative, travel/tourims industries as well as the public sector.

Prior to starting DigitalWorks Europe, Andrew was accountable for the on-line delivery of transactions valued at £300 million per year in the UK's largest insurance company.

Workshop 2 - Senior Management

Audience:  Tier 2, 3 managers who are responsible for their agency's on-line presence, in part or whole.

Purpose:  To assist senior managers within agencies to raise the bar when it comes to delivering user-friendly services on-line; help participants to assess in advance how their site presence will achieve or hinder business objectives.
