Thanks to all our sponsors, speakers and delegates for making GOVIS 2016 an amazing success.  We’re working on the conference survey which will be out soon – please take the time to give us your feedback – the good, the bad and even the ugly.  Remember there are two tickets for GOVIS 2017 up for grabs.

Thanks to everyone who donated their backpack for a cause – as a result at least 120 school kids in the Wellington Region will be getting a new school bag.

All fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

Full payment is required 14 days after you receive the invoice or before the conference, whichever date is earlier.

Registration Inclusions

Full conference registration includes all conference sessions, morning teas, lunch, afternoon teas and one entry to all social events including the 25th Anniversary Dinner on Thursday June 16th at Te Papa Tongarewa.

One Day registration includes all held on the day chosen. Thursday registrations include entry to the pre-dinner drinks event and Friday registrations includes attendance at the post-event drinks.  Please note this registration type does not include entry to the GOVIS 25th Anniversary Dinner however a ticket can be purchased for $75.00 inc GST.

Share your Full Registration

We encourage participation in the conference and invite you to share your full registration. This means that up to three named delegates from one agency can use the same conference registration as long as only one person attends at a time. Shared registration is very cost effective if you can plan your GOVIS 2016 attendance as a team.

Speaker Registration

Conference speakers receive a complimentary registration for the day on which they are presenting and may purchase a one day registration for the other day.  If a second day is purchased this will include attendance at the 25th Anniversary Dinner.

Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will still be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday May 27th, 2016. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the GOVIS organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
