Call for Presentations Now Open

 

Today’s challenge for us is to respond to changing needs of NZ citizens with agility, transparency and accountability. Many agencies are meeting this challenge head on and have great stories to share.  If you have a story or idea to share with others we invite you to apply to present at GOVIS 2017 Responsive Government.

 

Some topics that would be great to hear about are:

 

  • Building teams that respond to new demands and drivers for change we are all increasingly facing,
  • Introducing new ways to deliver services that exceed expectations with the resources you have, for less,
  • Delivering systems or solutions with the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of our citizens, leaders, service providers and ourselves,
  • Innovatively exposing the value of our data and information,
  • Adopting or delivering different ways of working without requiring large complex projects costs or restructures?
  • Harnessing different ways of thinking and behaving, working to stay relevant and delivering differently.

GOVIS Members

Early Bird Full rate
Full conference registration $500 $545
Day registration $325 $345

Non-Members

Early Bird Full rate
Full conference registration $600 $645
Day registration $375 $395

All fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

Full payment is required 14 days after you receive the invoice or before the conference, whichever date is earlier.

Registration Inclusions

Full conference registration includes all conference sessions, morning teas, lunch, afternoon teas and an entry to the social event on Thursday June 15th at Te Papa Tongarewa.

One Day registration includes all events held on the day chosen. Thursday registrations include entry to the networking drinks event and Friday registrations includes attendance at the post-event drinks.  

Share your Full Registration

We encourage participation in the conference and invite you to share your full registration. This means that up to three named delegates from one agency can use the same conference registration as long as only one person attends at a time. Shared registration is very cost effective if you can plan your GOVIS 2017 attendance as a team.

Speaker Registration

Conference speakers receive a complimentary registration for the day on which they are presenting and may purchase a one day registration for the other day.  

Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will still be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday May 26th, 2017. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the GOVIS organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
