Call for Presentations….Deadline Extended
If you are thinking about speaking at GOVIS 2018 on the theme of “Digital Evolution”, then we are pleased to announce that the deadline for précis submission now extends to the 23rd February 2018.
Digital Evolution Challenges
The Digital Evolution poses a number of challenges to us:
How will emerging technologies enable government to attract the right talent, increase employee engagement and productivity?
How can new technologies like virtual and augmented reality, wearables, the IoT, virtual assistants and automation, be used to deliver services such as on-demand learning, promote wellness and productivity?
How can digital scheduling help your organisation better schedule customer services, so that waiting rooms/call centre queues shrink?
How do we strengthen the drivers and remove the barriers to sustain our digital evolution?
How can digital solutions tackle social challenges?
What capability changes will this require? What new skillsets will we need to develop?
How can we encourage more digital products and services to succeed?
Already we have received a number of exciting precis that touch on some of these challenges. Now we invite you to share your insights and inspiring case studies so we as a country excel as one of the top countries in the world, as measured by the Fletcher School on their annual digital evolution index (14th).
