The GOVIS 2019 conference, Kaitiakitanga-ā-Matihiko | Digital Stewardship, is now complete. The GOVIS committee would like to thank our speakers and everyone who attended this year’s conference, your presence helped make this event a great success and we appreciate the enthusiasm and positive spirit you brought over the two days.  We hope you found the conference inspiring and worthwhile – we sure did! 

We believe our incredible speakers provided in-depth insights into the stewardship challenges that they face in their roles, and that we as public servants are facing now, and will face in the future. We hope that you will be able to take these insights back to your agency and implement positive changes, big or small, to processes, attitudes, or outcomes. 

In order to make our next conference even more successful, we’ll be sending around a survey so please look out for it in your inbox. All fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.  Full payment is required 14 days after you receive the invoice or before the conference, whichever date is earlier.

Registration Inclusions

Full conference registration includes all conference sessions, morning teas, lunch, afternoon teas and an entry to the social event on Thursday June 6th at Shed 6, Queens Wharf, Wellington.

One day registration includes all events held on the day chosen. Thursday registrations include entry to the networking drinks event and Friday registrations includes attendance at the post-event drinks. 

Share your Full Registration

We encourage participation in the conference and invite you to share your full registration. This means that up to three named delegates from one agency can use the same conference registration as long as only one person attends at a time. Shared registration is very cost effective if you can plan your GOVIS 2019 attendance as a team.

Speaker Registration

Conference speakers receive a complimentary registration for the day on which they are presenting and may purchase a one day registration for the other day. 

Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations are subject to a $100 + GST administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will still be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday May 3rd, 2019. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the GOVIS organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
